Learn More About This Sea Gal

Occupation:  Dance Instructor and Choreographer

High School:  Righetti High School (Santa Maria, CA)

College: University of California Santa Barbara

Major or Degree:  B.A. in History

Years as a Sea Gal:  6 Years

Dance Background: A total of 23 years and counting of experience in dance that includes both competition and studio training in: Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Pointe, and Ballroom.

Hobbies: I love taking dance classes, running outside, playing tennis and golf, canoeing on Lake Washington, cooking, shopping, and anything that is social.

Favorite Quote:  “Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”  -Matthew 17:20

Best Experience: Hearing “Number 2” called at auditions my rookie year, and knowing that my life was about to change in the most amazing way.  Sometimes, dreams really do come true!

How I Stay Fit: I believe that staying fit is a lifestyle choice.  By making most of my meals at home, it allows me to use healthy ingredients while cooking.  My diet consists mostly of protein, vegetables and fruits.  Besides dancing almost daily, I love running and lifting weights at the gym, as well as attending yoga classes to help with strength and flexibility.

Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: While in my 6th season as a Sea Gal, the roar of the 12s at Century Link never gets old!  Walking out onto that field and dancing on game day is definitely the best part of being a Sea Gal.  We are so lucky to get to perform for the best fans in the NFL.  GO HAWKS!
