Favorite Quote:  "For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone." -Audrey Hepburn

Best Experience: This year I got to go on a work trip to Paris, it was truly one of the best experiences in my life. I am a huge history buff so naturally, getting to study fashion, design and beauty in the fashion capitol  of the world was a dream come true.  It opened my eyes not only in my career but also in my approach to life.  I learned that to work hard truly does pay off, and that after the hard work is over take time to stop, enjoy, and be thankful for what and who you are  surrounded  by.

How I Stay Fit: I believe in "You are what you eat." I try my best to fuel my body with healthy foods throughout the week, on the weekends I will let myself indulge in a few naughty favorites. I am obsessed with Flybarre and Flywheel as well as weight lifting and Hot Yoga.

Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: Being a role model is the best part of being a Sea Gal. When I first auditioned for the team I thought it would be the performances, the game days and the beautiful costumes. What I didn't know was how much the fan interaction would change my life! I have had the honor to get to know our fans made up of families, children, men and women of the military, cancer survivors, and everything in between.  I have had countless individuals thank me and tell me they look up to me and every time I hear these words i am so grateful that i get the opportunity to effect people in such a positive way.
