Learn More About This Sea Gal

Occupation: Student

High School: Tigard High School

College: Bellevue College

Major or Degree:  Education

Years as a Sea Gal:  2

Dance Background: I have two years of dance experience from Sea Gals but come from a strong cheerleading background, including 4 years of varsity cheerleading, 6 years of competitive cheerleading, being a cheerleading instructor, and cheering at the Les Schwab Bowl my Senior year of high school in Oregon.

Hobbies: I am in love with anything that keeps me active and involves music such as barre classes or zumba. I also enjoy fashion, writing, skiing, and being a tourist in my own city!

Favorite Quote:  "Exercise the heart with belief"

Best Experience: During my rookie year I had the privilege of going to Leavenworth, WA to support the most beautiful people I have met at the Winter Special Olympics. Their love and energy is boundless and they continue to inspire me to this very day.

How I Stay Fit: I workout for one hour, five times a week and stick to a healthy diet full of veggies, protein, and plenty of water! I have quite the sweet tooth so I reward myself two days a week to indulge in my favorite treat—chocolate covered almonds.

Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: Seeing the girls on the team balance careers, relationships, school, and the unique life as an NFL cheerleader. This process is what truly bonds us and turns us into one big family, and it will always be my favorite part of being a Sea Gal.
