Occupation: Account Executive – Procter & Gamble (P&G)
High School: Greenfield High School (Greenfield, MO)
College: University of Missouri
Major or Degree: Agribusiness Management
Years as a Sea Gal: 2 Years
Dance Background: I have 9 years of cheer experience between JH/HS/College and 2 years as a Sea Gal.
Hobbies: Spending time with family & friends, staying active/working out, traveling, snowboarding, children’s ministry, cooking & social networking
Major Goal I Have Met: My major accomplishment is moving from a rural community in Missouri to Seattle after accepting a position with P&G. Four years later, I consider myself a “Seattleite” and have fallen in love with this city. I have made friendships and memories I cherish here, but still stay close to my Missouri family and friends.
Best Experience: My best experiences have all started from setting goals and working hard to achieve them: graduating college with honors, being on a collegiate squad that won a national cheerleading championship, learning and advancing in my job at P&G, and being a Sea Gal!
How I Stay Fit: I stay fit by focusing on nutrition and exercise. I eat well-balanced meals (although I still treat myself to Molly Moon’s Salted Caramel ice cream every so often), stay hydrated, and run and work out regularly.
Best Advice: Work hard – have fun – and always treat people the way you want to be treated!
Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: I love EVERY part of being a Sea Gal – practices, Game Days, the calendar shoot, a visit at a military base, a pep rally at the Ronald McDonald House and every community event in between. It is an honor to be part of such an amazing group of women, to act as a representative for the Seahawks Organization, and to get to meet and perform in front of the best fans in the NFL. I can’t wait for another great season at Century Link – Go Hawks!
