Major Goal I Have Met: After gaining a significant amount of weight during college, I stepped back and made some lifestyle changes for myself. I was able to get back to a healthy weight, and eventually got back into dancing and performing at a professional level.
Best Experience: Spontaneously booking a trip to Ireland for my 30th birthday. I decided I wanted to make it count, and I ended up having the most amazing trip of my life so far.
How I Stay Fit: Aside from dance practice, I make sure to workout in 2-5 times per week, incorporating cardio and weights. Eating a well-balanced diet is also very important for me to maintain a healthy weight.
Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: There is nothing like performing in our stadium. I feel so lucky to be surrounded by the best fans, the excitement and energy of the games, and of course, just dancing my heart out for hours at a time.

Seahawks Cornerback Kennard Cox and the Sea Gals teamed up with SUBWAY to present the SUBWAY Family Fitness Night at Roxhill Elementary School Tuesday evening.
