About Jr. Sea Gals
The Junior Sea Gal Program provides a fun and memorable experience for young girls in the areas of dance, cheer, teamwork, physical well being and self esteem. Juniors participate in three clinics where they learn a halftime routine to be performed at a Seahawks preseason game in 2008.

The Program Choreographer/Coach will be former Sea Gal Shannon Kingsley, and the Administrative Director will be Robin Houlbjerg, also assistant director for the Sea Gals. Sherri Thompson, Director of the Sea Gals, will also direct the Junior Program.

All clinics will be taught by current Sea Gals and the choreographer, Shannon Kingsley

Qualifications
The Jr. Sea Gals is open to all girls ages 7-14.

Registration will be limited to the first 200 registrants paid online (cut off at 200 or July 28, 2008)

All participants must attend all three clinics and the halftime performance.

Payment Information
$310 per child is the required program fee, which covers everything listed above under “Items You Will Receive”. You may pay online with a credit card (Visa or Master Card) by clicking below.

Items You Will Receive
Each participant will receive:

• Jr. Sea Gal Uniform (at 8/3 or 8/9 clinic)
• Jr. Sea Gal Poms
• Individual photo and Jr. Sea Gal team photo (taken on 8/9)
• Autographed Sea Gal photo card
• CD of halftime music
• Memory video
• 2 game tickets for the 8/16 preseason game*

Please note that if you want your child to sit with you after the halftime performance she must use one of your 2 tickets included in this package

What to Bring
Wear comfortable top and shorts or jazz pants – dance or gym shoes. (Wear layers. Seattle weather is unpredictable and we may be on the field some of the time)

Bring a snack and water in a disposable bag.

Bring signed waiver form and confirmation of registration (waiver may be printed during the online registration process)

Other Items to Purchase
During registration you may purchase the workout shorts ($15), a glitter tee ($25) and/or a tank-top ($30) like the Sea Gal instructors will be wearing..

You may also purchase the Sea Gals warm-up suit for $65.

Additional items will be deliverd at the first clinic and must be purchased by June 15, 2008.

Measuring Instructions
• Measure over a form fitting garment such as a leotard
• The tape measure should be snug
• Girth is a full torso measurement taken from the shoulder seam, around the body, through the legs, and back to the shoulder seam
